Can I attach any file to Invoice?

Yes, you can attach any assigned document or Memorandum to Invoice before sending. Note that you can attach all the files which you have assigned to that Client, you are not limited just to one file.

If you are using offline mode and have recently created document or memorandum, be sure you perform a backup before attaching.
