Job Manager provides an online mobile workforce software solution that stores customer, employee, operational and financial information about your company as provided or entered by you.

1. Commitment

At Job Manager we know that privacy is important to you and your customers. This privacy policy (the Privacy Policy) reflects our respect for your privacy rights and Job Manager is committed to ensuring the privacy of all your information.

2. Application

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information submitted by customers of Job Manager on the Job Manager website or entered into the Job Manager App via a mobile device (together the Job Manager Platform).

3. Personal information

In order to use the Job Manager Platform, all customers will need to submit certain personal information such as their email address, name, address, telephone number, industry and certain company information. Customers may be asked to submit further information from time to time as they continue to use the software.

4. Privacy and Your Account

Registration data and other information are subject to our Privacy Policy. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where Job Manager has facilities, and by using a Service online, you consent to the transfer of information outside of your country. If you access a Service using a password, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. If you provide someone else with access to your password to a Service, they will have the ability to view information about your account and make changes through the Application or Website for the Service. Similarly, if you give someone the Lock Pattern security for a Service, they will be able to request information about your account and make changes through Customer Service. You agree to notify us promptly if you change your email address so we can continue to contact you and send any notices required hereunder. If you fail to notify us promptly of a change, then any notice we send to your old email address shall be deemed sufficient notice.

5. Use of information and data

The personal information that customers provide will only be used in connection with the services offered by Job Manager, to communicate with customers in relation to the services or to co-operate with any government, industry or regulatory authorities.

Job Manager reserves the right to use data in relation to customers’ use of the services for marketing or business intelligence purposes. Job Manager staff can access usage information and transaction volumes in order to better understand how customers are using the Job Manager Platform so we can improve the system design, and where appropriate, provide suggestions on ways to improve their own use of the Job Manager Platform.

6. Consent

By accessing the Job Manager Platform, all customers consent to the collection, use, disclosure, storage and processing of their information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

7. Disclosure of information

Job Manager will not disclose any customer’s personal information to any third party except where the disclosure relates to the purposes for which the information was collected (as stated in paragraph 4 above) unless expressly permitted to do so by the particular customer.

Job Manager sends billing information, product information, newsletters and notifications to you via e-mail and in some cases inside the Job Manager Platform messaging service. Where appropriate e-mail or in platform communication will contain instructions describing how you can opt to be removed from the mailing list.

10. Storage of information

Job Manager will securely store customers’ personal information either in United States of America or any other country that Job Manager may select from time to time to provide its services.

11. Retention

Job Manager may hold a customer’s personal information both before and after the cancellation of each customer’s account, but only for as long as Job Manager is lawfully entitled to do so.

12. Cookies

Job Manager uses a third party for advertising and retargeting campaigns, data is collected for this via advertising and retargeting cookies. Advertising cookies are stored in your browser and provide the third party with data to make advertising more relevant for visitors to our site and avoid displaying advertisements that have already been seen. This is based on your previous browsing history. Retargeting cookies provide the data to display advertising to you via third party websites based on your previous interaction with Job Manager’s website. 13. Changes to Privacy Policy

Job Manager may amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, with or without notice to customers of Job Manager. All customers agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy that is in effect at the time they access the Job Manager website and/or use the software through a mobile device.

Use of the Job Manager software is subject to Job Manager’s Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with this.
