Why numbers in reports have different colors?
It is because the colors mark the meaning of a number – if it is expense, income, working hours, rent or something else. Numbers in green color is for income or inventory rentals, amounts in red mark the expenditure or purchase, numbers in blue mean the earnings of employees or subcontractors, brown stands for working hours and violet for days off or inventory write off. So, when you open a report you can easily spot the amounts displayed and see what they mean.
